1 - Scope of the privacy policy

Under the new General Data Protection Regulation, for the purposes of the services we provide and to the extent that the means of data processing and the respective purposes are determined, TIMELINK - Planeamento e Gestão da Construção, Lda. is the entity responsible for the processing of the personal data of our users and for ensuring the protection of privacy in accordance with the new Regulation.

2 - Data collection and processing

TIMELINK - Planeamento e Gestão da Construção, Lda. collects and processes all personal data of its users, namely the first and last name, title, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, place and date of presentations, commercial and courtesy visits, training courses attended, as well as the date and subject related to the respective assistance provided. Our records already include data that has been collected throughout your contractual relationship with us and following your various interactions with Timelink.

3- Purpose of the personal data collected from the user

The data collected in the forms are intended exclusively for processing the information to be sent in accordance with the respective user consent and will not be used for any other processing. This data may be used for:

  • Efeitos de Marketing – Os dados disponibilizados poderão ser utilizados para fins de marketing ou divulgação de novidades, relativamente aos serviços prestados, bem como a divulgação de datas e localizações de cursos de formação e eventos, promovidos pela Timelink dentro do âmbito dos serviços, contratualizados com a respectiva empresa empregadora. Estas comunicações pretendem dar-lhe a conhecer as mais recentes novidades e outras oportunidades das quais poderá beneficiar.
  • Controlo de qualidade e análise estatística dos respectivos serviços prestados pela Timelink com o intuito de melhorar, continuamente, os seus procedimentos e serviços prestados e, consequentemente, garantir a sua satisfação e confiança.

Timelink and its Data Protection Officer do not sell or rent your data to third parties. However, your data may be communicated to judicial, fiscal and regulatory authorities for the fulfilment of legal requirements.

4 - Revocation of consent

Users may revoke their consent to the processing of their data at any time and free of charge. The rights of information, alteration, correction and elimination, derived from the right to data protection, may be exercised in writing to the Data Protection Officer's e-mail address: dpo@timelink.pt or by letter to: Rua José Carvalho Araújo, nº 236 – 1º Andar, Escritórios 5 e 6, 2750-396, Cascais, addressed to the Data Protection Officer at Timelink.

If you withdraw your consent, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until that date, in accordance with the legal system in force.

5 - Data security

Your data will be safely stored within our systems and we seek to ensure maximum security, but you should be aware that the use of websites and transmission of information by electronic means may be subject to access by unauthorized third parties, for which Timelink is not responsible. Timelink will keep your data for the period necessary to provide the services and comply with legal obligations.
